On September 16, Khan was arrested by the Anti-Corruption Department who told him to the Deputy Governor of Delhi, hours after police raids in a number of areas linked to the Moroccan Liberation Army.

Another Prosecutor General Atul Kumar Shrivastava, who appears in favor of the Anti-Corruption Department, had ordered court minutes that Khan was awarded Rs 4 crore in cash, citing notes recovered by the company. Shrivastava further stated that the company had discovered cash paths in Bihar, Gujarat, Telangana and Uttarakhand.

The court had booked the matter within the case on Tuesday. There are allegations that Khan has arbitrarily leased some properties of the Delhi Endowment Council, The Indian Categorical reports. The company claimed that Khan and people close to him reaped the benefits of these employment offers.

However, the resolution specified that papers submitted by the Anti-Corruption Department did not show that the submissions resulted in any losses to the Delhi Endowment Board.

“Property that you have not discovered”, stated in the decision. “What case are you going to make? What is criminality?” In addition, the court table questioned why the police had charged Khan with conspiracy, but no different member of the endowment board was named as a particular defendant in the case.
