PATNA, Sep 2 (SocialNews.XYZ) The NIA Special Court here on Thursday indicted one man for trading fake Indian foreign money after counterfeit papers with a face value of Rs 4,000. It was taken from his possession.

“The accused Golkar Sheikh has been convicted under Sections 489B, 489C and 120B Learn with IPC 489B. The amount of punishment against him can be announced at 8 September,” a company official stated.

This case was initially submitted to the Bihar Police in 2019 and after a while the National Intelligence Agency took over the investigation.

After thorough investigations, 4 opposing cost sheets were submitted to 5 accused.

Earlier, the court file had convicted and sentenced 4 defendants to rigorous imprisonment.
