Mumbai: A young woman from Wadala space in Mumbai was kidnapped and raped. A case against the accused has been registered below the relevant sections of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) 376, 323, 506 and POSCO sections, alleging that a minor woman was kidnapped from Wadala space in Mumbai and then taken to Kalambuli and the rapist, Navi Mumbai space police said on Friday. On September 5, the suffering woman left her dorm to school and when the suffering woman arrived in Wadala, the accused presented a bolero and forced the suffering woman into his car and took her to Pune Expressway where she was raped.
