Man shot by juvenile in Jahangirpuri in act of 'revenge' has 'overwhelmed' accused father

NEW DELHI: A 36-year-old man was shot and injured by a juvenile in Jahangirpuri district, northwest Delhi, police said on Saturday. 4 juveniles were arrested in reference to the incident. Jahangirpuri.
